Easy BBQ Marinades

Serves

Each recipe makes enough for four servings.

Marinating times:

  • 15-20 mins – fish, seafood and vegetables
  • 1-3 hours – small portions of meat and poultry eg diced meat for kebabs, think steaks.
  • 6-12 hours – large joins of meat and whole chickens.

Method

Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add your chosen meat/fish/veg and leave to marinate (see timings below) before grilling until cooked through. Each recipe makes enough for four servings.
