COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
We’re cooking up some of the best kitchen designs in the South East but your safety is our priority.
Yes, we are open for business but I promise that my team is following the COVID-19 Safety measures.
Step 1 – We will send our Kitchen Think form which is where the journey starts.
Step 2 – Steve will contact you virtually to discuss your ideas and start creating ideas of his own.
Step 3 – All meetings will be conducted virtually, we can send sanitised samples to you if you would like to see something in particular.
Step 4 – When designs and styles are all confirmed we can send our COVID-19 safe tradesman to you to measure up.
When in your home we adopt the following processes to ensure the safety of our customers and also our team.
Our team are all fully trained on the COVID-19 best practices. Our team wash their hands and sanitise before and after each appointment. PPE equipment will be worn during your appointment and installation. Product samples are thoroughly sanitised before and after every sales appointment. Our staff operate social distancing when in your home. We allocate the same installer to the same household. We limit the number of installers and tradespeople in a confined space. We will thoroughly clean and sanitise the room our installers are working in, prior to and after completing each installation. We use electronic payment methods. No appointments are made with customers in the high-risk category. Instead, we are able to offer phone calls and virtual appointments
